Rub this Mix on Joints ,Your Pain Will Disappear in a few Minutes

Joint ache is closely related to arthritis, bursitis, and muscle pain. It can be milder, causing soreness only after specific activities, or severe, making limited movement difficult and painful. Luckily, there is an effective homemade topical treatment for arthritis with cayenne pepper, which acts as a natural analgesic or a pain reliever due to the active compound in it called capsaicin.
Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup of warm olive oil

Preparation:
Add 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper in ¼ cup of warm olive oil and then apply the mixture onto the painful joints and leave it for 15 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the areas with warm water. You will feel much better after the first application, but for optimal results you should repeat the procedure 2 to 3 times daily until the pain is gone.

Cayenne pepper is very useful in the treatment of arthritis pain as capsaicin depletes a neurotransmitter called substance P, responsible for sending pain signals to the brain. When this substance is blocked, there is no memo that something is hurting, and there is no pain.

NOTE:
If you feel a burning sensation, don’t worry as this is normal occurrence during the first application. Moreover, if you have a sensitive skin, use the remedy cautiously.  Also, don’t forget to wear gloves when you handle cayenne pepper and avoid eye contact. Never apply it onto open skin and wounds.

Did you get MILIA/ WHITE/ MILK SPOTS on Face, Here is what it Mean |Clearing Remedies

Milia are very small, elevated, white or yellowish spots on the skin. Although this skin condition affects more than 3 million Americans annually, only few have heard about it. Milia, also known as milk spots, affect people of all ages. The main culprit is keratin trapped under the skin. Although benign, milia are really hard to remove and are commonly found in babies.
Other risk factores for the appearance of milia include sun exposure, burns, blistering, and use of steroid creams. Luckily, natural medicine has a lot to offer when it comes to milia. Here we recommend a list of the most beneficial natural remedies for treatment of this skin condition.

Lemon Juice and Sugar
Mix 2 tbsp. sugar with juice of half a lemon, and 1 tsp. oil.  Lemons provide great antioxidant and healing properties, which makes them extremely helpful for this condition. Apply to your face, and leave it on for about half an hour.

Natural Honey
Used for thousands of years, honey is another amazing natural remedy.  Honey speeds up the healing process and attracts moisture to the skin, thus exfoliating the outer skin layer and stimulating new skin growth. For optimal result, mix it with sugar.

Castor Oil
Castor oil is mostly linked to conditions such as constipation, asthma, and bladder infections, but this oil is also beneficial for improving skin health. Mix equal parts of castor and olive oil and apply to your face.  Let it get absorbed, then pat-dry.
Steaming Your Face
Steam is probably the best method to unclog pores and clean skin debris. It’s also great for milia.

Aloe Vera for Weight-Loss :

Aloe Vera for Weight Loss Aloe vera is used in a wide range of health products, like diet supplements, juices etc. It's rich in anti-oxidants which means it helps cut out free radicals in the body and boost your immunity. It's also a good source of protein so it helps muscle development and gives you copious amounts of energy. There are countless studies that prove how effective aloe vera is for weight-loss, but it should be consumed regularly and over a long period of time for it to really work. How to drink aloe vera juice: The natural taste of aloe vera is so bitter that you wouldn't think of consuming it as is. Take the gel, dice it into small pieces and blend. Now mix a bit of this with some other fruit or vegetable juice that's preferably sweet. You can also use the leaves of aloe vera, blend them, strain and drink. If you find it too bitter then mix it up with honey and drink. You can also add some lemon to this mix.

Aloe Vera for Hair fall: Aloe vera contains something called proteolytic enzymes which repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair all smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp, reduces dandruff and conditions your hair. Diane Gage, author of  Aloe Vera: Nature's Soothing Healer says, "Keratin, the primary protein of hair, consists of amino acids, oxygen, carbon, and small amounts of hydrogen, nitrogen, and sulphur. Aloe vera has a chemical make up similar to that of keratin and it rejuvenates the hair with its own nutrients, giving it more elasticity and preventing breakage."
